today we're going to take a look at a
wired computer headset from soulsense
this model is the bh328a
and retails for 36.99
this soulsense usb headset includes a
noise-canceling microphone
with clear sound and one of the great
features about this headset
is that it comes with dual connections
usb
or 3.5 millimeter the 3.5 millimeter
jack
should connect to most devices easily
like cell phones or laptops
so we're going to test out these
headphones with multiple devices
even a ps5 controller and we'll also
test out the usb
controller box this controller box
allows you to turn the volume up and
down
mute the microphone or mute the sound
and this can be very
convenient when you're on a conference
call
and this headset is compatible with
skype microsoft teams
and zoom and many other conference call
platforms

and we're going to test this out to see
if this is true
another great feature about this headset
is it's lightweight

which is nice if you use this headset

which adds another layer of comfort this

so now let's go ahead and test out this
headset in different situations
with various devices so first we'll plug
these headphones into my computer
via the usb port and windows will
automatically install this device
and now i'll make a skype call and the
audio quality is fantastic
it's crisp and the controller box comes
in handy
so now we're going to test the headset
with a ps5 controller
simply plug the headphones in via the
3.5 millimeter jack
and we're going to test this out with a
couple different games
first is gran turismo the stereo sound
quality is incredible
gran turismo has a lot going on with its
audio
from car sounds to music and the overall
sound is superb
and lastly we're going to test this out
with call of duty cold war
and we're going to test out the voice
chat once again the sound quality is
impressive
and using the microphone for voice chat
is great this makes talking online very
convenient so the last test i want to
perform
is have my teenage son play call of duty
while using voice chat and to be honest
i'm not a big fan of voice chat during
games but my son is
and my son loves these headphones and
the noise canceling works perfect
because i tried to talk to him while
he's playing the game and he didn't hear
me at all
or maybe he was just ignoring me
so guys after fully testing these
headphones with a skype call
and using it during a zoom meeting and
then testing it out on a ps5 controller
i can say without a doubt these
headphones are a great deal
at 36.99 the sound quality is superb
it has great functionality and it works
with a multitude of platforms
