today we're going to look at an rgb
gaming keyboard from pictek
this keyboard retails for 25.99 so today
we're going to answer an important
question is this budget keyboard
good for gaming however before we can
answer that question

playing one of my favorite games so

this is a usb wired keyboard and has
eight independent
multimedia keys we bought this keyboard
from amazon
and unfortunately it did not come in the
retail packaging
however for 25.99 it's not a big deal
so all that comes with the keyboard is
the wired keyboard and the user manual
and the user manual shows you how to
control the rgb colors
so guys this keyboard is a plug and play
so simply plug the keyboard into the usb
port
on the back your computer and windows
will automatically detect it
and that's it you're ready to go so the
main reason i bought this keyboard
was to replace my corsair k55
i had that keyboard for about two years
and the rgb lights did not
work so it's time to replace this old
keyboard with a new one
and this is our new rgb gaming keyboard
from pictek
compared to the k55 it's a little
smaller
in the overall length which is a nice
change of pace
and the rgb lights look great and
there's even a height adjustment on the
back of the keyboard
now i didn't buy this keyboard for
gaming i bought it more for productivity
i use an xbox controller for my gaming
or an nvidia shield controller
but the keys feel great it's smooth
the keys are responsive i played fallout
4
with this keyboard for about 45 minutes
and my hand did not get tired
this keyboard is pretty comfortable and
if you're going to game at night
maybe in the dark then the rgb lights
will come in handy and pick tech claims
there's 25 keys that are anti-ghosting
and it's splash proof
and this keyboard should work for pc as
well as mac
and for 25 dollars this keyboard is
pretty impressive
and as far as durability goes that
remains to be seen
so back to our original question is this
budget keyboard
good for gaming and my simple answer is
yes the pictek rgb gaming keyboard
is definitely good for gaming if you
want to spend less than 30
on a gaming keyboard then this keyboard
is definitely the one
i've used many budget keyboards for
gaming
and this budget keyboard is by far the
best
i really have no complaints about this
keyboard
