This guide covers the unboxing, setup, and full review of the Igloo 3.2 cubic feet single door refrigerator. We’ll go over features, performance, and whether this compact fridge is worth the price. If you're shopping for a small refrigerator for your patio, dorm, or home office, this guide will help you decide.
The Igloo 3.2 cu. ft. mini fridge arrives well-packaged with generous styrofoam protection. It’s already fully assembled out of the box—just unbox, plug it in, and you're good to go. The sleek black finish and reversible door give it a modern, versatile look.
We placed the fridge outside near a patio door with a nearby outlet. The power cord had ample length, and door access was clear. The unit looks sharp and fits well in small areas.
The freezer compartment is small and best suited for storing already frozen items. While it includes an ice tray, it failed to freeze cubes completely after two days—even at the highest temperature setting. Still, it can keep frozen food solid.
At a retail price of $119.98, the Igloo 3.2 cu. ft. refrigerator is a great value. It’s compact, well-built, and offers solid performance for food and beverage storage. While the freezer isn’t ideal for making ice, it serves its purpose for frozen goods.
For anyone looking for a budget-friendly mini fridge with decent storage, this model from Igloo is definitely worth considering.
Hi everybody and welcome back to the Ultimate Tech Hub. Today, we’re going to unbox, set up, and review the 3.2 cubic feet single door refrigerator from Igloo.
This fridge is all black with a reversible door and a separate freezer compartment. It also includes a drip tray. The retail price is $119.98.
The packaging is excellent, with plenty of styrofoam to protect against damage. One great feature is that the unit is fully assembled—no need to install the door. Just set it in place and plug it in.
The power cord is fairly long, which is helpful if your outlet isn’t nearby. Inside, you’ll find two adjustable glass shelves and lots of side door storage, perfect for cans or bottles.
There’s an energy guide included, plus a manual, an ice tray, and an ice scraper. Inside the freezer area is a temperature dial—the higher the number, the colder it gets.
I placed the fridge outside by my patio door, where there’s a nearby outlet. Once plugged in, it started cooling quickly. The fridge feels sturdy, and despite one small defect (likely from shipping), everything else looked great.
The recessed handles make the door reversible, and inside there's plenty of room for food and drinks. The two shelves can be adjusted into five positions to accommodate taller items.
As for the freezer, I wanted to test its ability to make ice. I placed a tray in and set the temperature to the maximum setting. After two days, the ice wasn’t fully frozen, so I wouldn’t count on it for ice-making. However, frozen items do stay frozen inside.
Overall, this fridge is worth the $120 price tag. It looks great, fits well in small spaces, and stores plenty of food and drinks. If you need a compact fridge with light freezer use, this is a solid choice.
